The Founder started in the asset protection business over 30 years ago in the British Virgin Islands on the Island of Tortola where my father’s civilian military contractor business was located. It being the preferred jurisdiction for corporate and trust formation, financial privacy, security and wealth building in the Caribbean. Tortola and the British Virgin Islands became the epicenter for fiduciary operations of international companies and an ideal environment for West Indies Group Limited to evolve as a leading fiduciary company with portfolio of over 722 clients. I worked closely with our legal counsel, the preeminent law firm, Ansbacher Limited, and learned from the best.

In the late 90's the Internal Revenue Service finally bullied their way into piercing the stringent "BVI" disclosure restrictions by threatening to block financial institutions from accessing the Fed System which was a triggering event for the loss of it's heralded recognition for personal and business privacy.

Many of his clients were transitioned to Belize. He sold my book of business and focused on his Las Vegas-based heavy equipment business.
